The setting is good, close enough to train station, beach, restaurants, the main streets, and shops, new area.

The location was super, right by local rail station, restaurants and nightlife and beach, in a fairly nice area. The staff was attentive and amicable, as well as owner.

The breakfast was freshly cooked with a large portion, the staff was very friendly. The hotel had an incredible position, in pub downstairs. Bar Timberwolf Grind & Tap located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Nothing too much trouble, I liked my stay. I spend 2 nights in Waterloo lovely. The rooms were beautifully decorated with excellent facilities, the staff were amazingly attentive and very friendly.

It was a fantastic location walk from the train station. Tried some takeout specials at Urban Chicken & Pizza, luckily it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Highly recommended for one night. The atmosphere created was family. The location turned out to be convenient and great, next to restaurants, north Liverpool, and local rail station and very frequent buses. Food was lovely and tasty; the staff were really helpful.
